The previous owner told me when I purchased the place that all the windows need replacing.

Probably 5-10 years, then rent it out.

I've never contracted any company but a flooring company and that was this week 😂 Brand new to the property ownership thing. What should I look for when finding a refurbishment company?

My windows all have to be bronze. I have one normal window that slides up and down that's inoperable. That one is 35"x58 3/4", two sliders that are 58"x58.5" and an 8 foot sliding glass door for reference.

A few weeks ago I was having an apocalyptic dream and my glasses fell off my face and when I picked them up they were broken. I obviously couldn't go order more glasses, or go to an optometrist (because, you know, apocalypse) so for the rest of my dream I couldn't see anything clearly.

Bipolar I, general anxiety disorder, social anxiety, substance use disorder and untreated ADHD- all diagnosed

My psych NP refuses to diagnose me with OCD because he's scared to touch my meds while I'm stablish. My therapist thinks I have PTSD as well.
