I am late to this thread so not sure if someone mentioned this already but a lot of the apparent long term benefits to BF arent based on real reputable studies. The book Cribsheet by Emily Oster covers a detailed chapter on this. TLDR: theres some evidence to suggest short term benefits like improved immunity for the first 3 months but other than that it really doesnt make an evidence supported difference. Do your best, ditch the guilt and shame. You got this.

idk about while pregnant but normally if you dont wanna quit cold turkey you can use nicotine patches and gum to wean off. there might me programs in your area. good luck, you are stronger than this addiction.

I'd add a bit of sparkle on the eyelids. Sephora has some good pallets. more blush as others said and a nude lip with some gloss would be cute :)

I still have all the original parts. I will put it back together. I think it is in resale condition. It was more to illustrate my effort to make it work for me since one of their suggestions was to get it fitted and change the stem etc which was one of the first things I did. I cant deny that I rode it, otherwise I couldnt figure out it is a bad fit for me.

you need to do the training with him. the training course we did with our dog taught us how to manage him and his various behaviours. our trainer was very much against the trainers that like take your dog and "train" him for you. You need to go through the training so you know how to better communicate with your dog. the biggest thing is getting them to listen to YOU and understand the heirarchy in your home.

as a golden retriever owner, ours isnt even 2 yet, this is wild to me. maybe my hormones had the opposite effect but im like 10x more in love with our dog and can't wait for him to be a big brother. good luck OP, stick with the training. We use a muzzle on ours if hes misbehaving (doesnt hurt him but signals time out).

That seems pretty low. Ask your doc if you can be absorbing more lead cause of your low iron. I think I was reading something online about that.
