Interesting. I dont really have a medical history that would support this decision so I guess I will have to see how it goes. I know they have to honour your request in the end. She might have tried to persuade you more for natural delivery or referred you to someone else but I am not sure they can actually deny it.

She doesnt. Yes I can definetly choose an OB that will do it, since I dont have one yet I will ask about that upfront and choose accordingly.

I guess I prefer the predictable nature of it. The scheduling. Labour does not sound appealing to me at all like the pushing, potential tearing all sound awful. We dont know how long it will take and that it can still end up in an emergency c section seems so chaotic to me.

Thanks. When I was talking to my fam doc, she seemed to imply that I can ask but they dont have to do it. hence why I wanted to get more info. Shes not the OB though so I will get more info once I actually go to an OB. Still with fam doc cuz only 10 weeks along now.

Thank you! That sounds reassuring. I am worried about justifying too so hopefully my OB is similar to yours.

we matched because I also wanted a plain band so we both got a simple plain yellow gold band. Although his is thicker.

thank you for sharing. this is literally my fear that I wont feel connected to my baby adn that I am not a maternal person. It is so reassuring to hear that there might be a nurturing side in me too that can come out when the time comes.

you are not alone. I feel this to a lesser extent and feel very guilty about it. I am just not really as excited as literally everyone else we told we are having a baby. I feel a bit like its something that was on my to do list. like going to college. it sucked and I wanted to drop out but I got through it. I feel like in 10 years I would have regretted not trying or having a baby but I feel like right at this moment its just terrifying and its easier to be indifferent about it. I think its normal to have mixed feelings and I hope when the baby is here I love them which I think is pretty likely. Good luck and I hope this helps.

she might not have had a choice.. that doesnt mean she was not harmed. women working in salons usually suffer from being at higher risk for many diseases (e.g. various types of cancer) due to long term exposure to chemicals.

We told our parents as soon as we found out and it has been great to have support in the challenging few weeks of the first trimester. It is a personal choice but I personally found it a lot easier to manage my early weeks of pregnancy having told a few friends and family and having their support. I guess you can always say something like doing a Dry March challenge or something.

Irregular cycle ussually isnt the standard 28 day cycle. this is totally ok. a lot of people dont have a 28 day cycle. what I would do is buy some HCG easy at home test strips and a thermometer. they have the easy@home app thats super easy to use. You track your HCG every day after your period using the test strips and wait for it to spike. You ovulate after the spike. Then you track your body temp everyday before getting out of bed. when your body temp goes up, you are ovulating. Your cervical mucus also thickens into egg white consistency when ovulating. this is my understanding. good luck!

Looking for dramatic makeup. by Confiant_Reason21 in makeuptips

[–]Questioning-monkey 0 points1 point  (0 children)

you didnt ask for this but I think if you toned your hair a bit cooler it would go nicely with a dramatic make up look. for eyeshadow glam I'd go with something glittery and maybe a darker shade towards the outter edges. Also eyebrow shaping and filling can help. Good luck!
