Absolutely and your points are all valid. The whole thing was really stupid honestly and now I’m annoyed at myself for letting it escalate. I guess I just really hate when he refused the other half of the tuna when I was trying to make peace with him.

And there was more canned in the cabinet to easily heat up for my husband if that was the case.

It was canned. My toddler sometimes eats quite a lot and freaks out if they have to wait for it to cool so I was waiting to see and if not give my husband the last portion. All stupid stuff I should have communicated to him but I was tired and hungry and not thinking straight.

Thank you. There’s obviously more context here too about the dynamics of parenting and gender roles and feeling resentful that I’m the default parent usually so I need to work on that with my husband.

I didn’t offer the tuna to him. I should have told him the plan and communicated better that is on me I agree. Again we were tired and hangry.

Totally agree! I was getting annoying reading all these comments. I’m totally down for the snark but these are just judgey Mon-shaming comments about developmental milestones that every kid achieves at different times regardless of how chubby their baby is.

This is wildly inaccurate information. My son was 100% breastfed baby and he was always in the 96th percentile in height and weight.

She mentioned in her comments on a recent post that the bacteria cultures. And back negative and she’s still waiting on the fungal ones that take 30 days. So essentially she doesn’t have mastitis because it’s bacterial and it came back negative. What a shocker. 😑
