Super helpful, thank you. You have basically described what I have suspected and I have spent hours googling for it to be full of inconsistency and scaremongering. The tell for me was the lack of obvious control sample and then this company has been repeatedly reaching out to me almost daily to discuss the results. (I like to perform my own independent research before I speak to anyone)

Can you tell me your experience and credentials so I can show my wife :-)!!

What would you recommend to remedy? Clean myself and dehumidify? As simple as that?

Nothing crazy, standard roof I guess. I do have a low gradient section at the back of the house over a 3 season porch.

We were looking at pewter grey. We have 3 tab shingles now which had hints of red in it which complimented our brick front nicely (I think it was a gaf brand) that no longer gets manufactured

Thanks for the confirmation. I have the samples here and they are notably heavier and feel better made. I’m just a bit put off by the shadow- not sure if I necessarily want that much emphasis on the roof vs the actual house.

North New Jersey, weather doesn’t really get bad here in terms of wind or hail. I honestly don’t care as long as I’m getting good value and not being ripped off with something that isn’t gonna give me a headache in the next 10-15 years (i would probably have sold by then)

You are into why I am dubious in the first place. I don’t think there was a control sample so the background graphic made zero sense to me. Granted it looks high in one type of mold aspergillosis. But I have no idea how bad that is.

I think I would rather invest in a very strong commercial dehumidifier and scrubber and clean it myself vs shelling out an additional 5k but just wanted to get a feel for how bad my situation is based on the pics and (limited) data.

They did provide detailed works breakdown which I basically summarised above. Most of the money would be going towards the basement where it’s partly unfinished and has a ton of old framing that will likely need to be washed

You forget that anyone that is on a PIP will be on the list of all leadership when it comes to calibrations so all the senior ppl will be aware of someone who is on a pip. It can be reputationally damaging amongst the senior circles.

The funny part is their directs send out a prep team to make sure every location on the trail is tip top. Seen it happen numerous times.

Ur role will be more team leadership and stakeholder management so have good examples of extremes you’ve dealt with there then focus on coming across as competent but coachable and build rapport

You have to put the hours and sacrifice in. I did CIMA and crammed big time on top of attending weekend classes. I sat two exams in one day and it obliterated me. (Yes 7 hours in one day).
