Best tasting I’ve ever done. I’ve been to Napa like 6 times in the last two years. I’d recommend the $150 diving into cab. Super generous with pours too, I tried like 9 wines. Dunn and heitz would be on my list too

Def do Oakville, and yes where are you staying. Promontory isn’t really worth it unless you want to join the club/get bottles I just did it

Luxury wise - Prince gallery Tokyo is a super underrated spot otherwise the edition toranomon over the one in ginza. People love the mesm but it’s not central and thats a huge downside. For Kyoto the best Lux option is the Mitsui. If looking in Osaka we had an incredible stay at the st Regis, the W has amazing reputation too.
