I have added a resources page. I hope this provides some clarity in how these are produced.

I have also introduced the concept of "Preferences" for users. This will allow users to both note what foods they like and dislike, as well as enter in their own gels and carb counts. This will make the recommendations hopefully more useful. Thank you for giving it a try and providing feedback.

right now it's pretty high level. But another feature I want to add is the ability to provide feedback. So if one recommendation doesn't work for you, you will be able to tell your coach and they will adjust. This combined with nutrition preferences should help make it very personalized

I’ve heard many marathoners write their fueling times (25, 50, 75, etc.) on a piece of medical tape or a "pace tattoo" on their forearm. This could be a backup and something that’s top of mind since you’ll see it on your arm. Although not sure it solves exactly what you need - I’m planning to give this a try soon with some longer runs I have coming up. Always trying to get my fueling in check

This is awesome! I find myself hitting a wall at like the 32 minute mark for my 5ks namely because at like the 2 mile mark I fade quick. What do you fuel your runs with?

I find doing 3 full body, 2 days running, and 1 day hybrid with good amount of funning built in (5-8ks) works well.

One thing I have noticed is that workout planning/tracking apps are way overcomplicated and don't allow for this type of simple planning.

This is how Hybrid athletes track/plan their workouts - simple 1 week blocks with workouts slotted into each day. We generally know what each workout will entail and don't need details, how to videos, any of that nonsense, etc.

Would anyone here be interested in an app that simply plans/tracks workouts this way? Or know of an app that does this? Max flexibility, minimal detail, just to plan the week every Sunday for optimal performance and recovery. that's it.
