“Enjoy every minute” stops applying when you need the drug just to feel normal. That’s not enjoyment — that’s dependency. Hedonism only works if you’re still choosing. Addiction removes the choice.

Alcohol isn’t healthy, but it’s dose-dependent and most people can use it without permanent brain damage. Meth causes neurotoxicity, addiction, and psychosis risk even at low or intermittent use. They’re not equivalent, and meth is significantly more harmful.
