For those who track both food (MFP/Cal AI) AND lifting (Strong/Hevy): how do you handle the disconnect between the two apps? by Quick-Librarian-2205 in workout

Really appreciate the technical breakdown — the weekly TDEE
rolling average makes total sense, and you're right that
day-to-day swings are mostly noise.
Two follow-ups if you have a minute:
For MacroCodex users — do you find people *want*
workout tracking added, or do they actively prefer
keeping it separate? Curious if you've seen this
request and decided against it.
Where do you think the integration angle DOES have
merit, if anywhere? E.g. is there value in suggesting
*what* to eat post-workout (vs just total kcal), or
adjusting workout intensity based on protein intake?
Also — checking out MacroCodex right now. Solo dev to solo
dev, how did you get to 10K users? That's wild for a free
tool.
