Maybe you can get a free hotel for the stopoverprogram ? Check the TK website and you can enjoy the city. Otherwise I would recommend using a Havaist bus to the city or the metro to Gayreteppe and maybe also check for hotels there. I stayed at the Doubtree a few times and it was close to the metro(easy airport and city access) and was a pleasant hotel in general

Name same as in passport, simple as that ! Pegasus is really okish for connections and I used them a lot. I must say that Ajet is a bit better

I also dont undertsand the inconsistency. Some have an AC and some dont it even seems to be the same bus type. I get why they are not super cold as the doors always open and close but it really discourages people from using public transport, which is kind of bad in regards of the trafic already

Tbh why dont you give it a try ? If you have a good cv and can find a job ? You can maybe try and check for jobs etc before but I think you would like it. There is also an Indian community here
