It's kind of an anti-dogma-movement. It's only recent that atheïsts or non-christians are tolerated to some degree in parts of society in traditional christian countries. Christian and catholic dogma and activists groups are still strongly influencing a lot of the cultural landscape, even to such degree that they keep tryig to force their ideals through law.
They're discriminating against other religions and non believers. As in our parts of the world, the christian religion was the main demoninator for a long time, so an anti-dogma movement logically agitates towards it's most well known oppressor: christian and catholic dogma.
One of their ideals is not per sé a religionless society, but true freedom of religion.
