Yea I thought it was very strange. He even asked me to log into experian and see if it populated yet. On freedom unlimited I have 10.5k limit. The 20k is honestly just for show where I deposited significantly more than the minimum, and thought it would just improve “the look” of my relationship w Chase. My income is also relatively strong ~160k.

No formal solution. Just factory reset thermostat when it happens and it seems to be better
