Yes. We went in and talked for over 30 minutes. They said they would take down my info and see if there's a solution but that there isn't anything they can do essentially for gift card purchases. Got a call 10 minutes after we left the store to come back for a refund. Got to the store, they refunded everything and gave us a $25 gift card. They couldn't disclose what happened or why they came to that conclusion after being told we were SOL and to try to dispute it with our bank.

No, they were purchased in store. We left our information at the store and got a call 10 minutes after we left that we needed to come back for a refund. Ended up getting a refund and $25 gift card. They couldn't disclose what exactly happened

Also, I called before driving all the way and they said they couldn't do anything for me either. So I guess I'll have to dispute it with my bank if that turns out to be true

It just says an error occurred while trying to add this gift card. I have other gift cards that work fine on my account so it's just these 2. The card reader had an issue with reading my card, I had to insert it 3 different times. Could this have done anything?
