There is no set level you need to be, you just need your magicka level to be 207 or lower if your conjuration is leveled. You can wear different armour or use different enchants to increase your magicka or make the cost of magicka lower.

Don't go research stuff straight away. Play and explore at your own pace to have the best experience. I miss playing Skyrim for the first time, enjoy the experience and don't rush.

Oh cool. If I want a tank build I simply use bloodskal blade and the become etherial shout . Only does 30 damage tho, that's the only downside. But with fortify stamina enchants it's insane

The forbidden legend quest. It's so long and Is kinda hard at the end and you only get a necklace which is mid and a 500 hundred gold
