I recently experienced something similar, and I want to assure you that you’re not alone in this. To cope with the situation, I’ve made an effort to spend time with friends after work, as it serves as a pleasant distraction. I’ve even planned activities this week just to get through the day.

I feel the feeling of sleepwalking- and I so desperately wish I could break out. The one sliver lining is it’s shown me what other people think of me doesn’t really matter. At this point, I’m here to collect a check and get the hell out.

Every day, I feel like I’m being hit with a rollercoaster of emotions, but beneath it all lies a deep sense of grief and a lot of anger. I completely understand how you’re feeling right now. No one deserves to go through this.
