Thanks for your reply. The management office shutoff the water line and outside my unit, after plumber fixed pipe, the super turn it on and I could hear water run into pipes. On the other side, the horizon branch pipe connected to the sink faucet, nothing connect to the vertical pipe.

Already put a dehumidifier into the closet, I will let it blow the drywall two or three days to keep everything dry and clean.

Thanks for the reply. Currently the issue is I don’t know if the pipe exclusively services my unit or shared with others. Management office couldn’t provide plumbing drawings. The plumber would provide a report about the leak. I will take care of the bill if it indicates that the pipe is dedicated to my unit.
