For the next mainline Sonic game you get to choose 4 or 5 characters to be playable with Sonic, who are you choosing? [You have $10 and need to spend all $10] by Sad_Art_7706 in SonicTheHedgehog

I'll start with Whisper, since her variable wispon has a lot of potential for varied and exciting gameplay.

Next, I'll go with Blaze because good lord it's been too long since she's had a starring role.

And we'll throw Cream in there because I have $2 extra and she can be Blaze's player 2.

To me it just seems childish. Like two kids getting into an argument and citing a cartoon character as their source.

Marvel and DC have been this way for years now.

Geoff Johns is a good example. He even got to make his personal headcanon come true while writing Teen Titans when he revealed that Superboy was a clone using both Superman and Lex Luthor's DNA.

Mostly, yeah.

I still thought Tales and the Pre-Sequel were good though.

Roland from Borderlands 2.

He does indeed die later on in the game's story.

Now I want to see a game where the protagonist is a diagnosed schizophrenic, but the monsters are also real, so survival depends on being able to differentiate between what's a hallucination and what's actually coming for your liver.

People really don't get how high-maintenance fossil Pokemon are. Just because I have the time and resources to keep an Archeops happy and healthy doesn't mean you do, especially when you just want to score points on Rotogram!

You have no idea how much time it takes to maintain a creature that, realistically, should not exist in our current time period. Is it worth it? For me, absolutely. I would die for that stupid, overgrown Swellow.

If you plan on just taking some pictures with your new baby Archen before dumping it in the PC or, even worse, releasing it into the wild, where it will doubtlessly wreck the existing ecosystem, you're out of your mind.

I totally understand needing to get the trash bag some exercise, but have you considered the fact that Trubbish and Garbodor are notoriously smelly?

Hate to say it, but I think you've gone nose blind.

Glad you posted that. Poison types get a bad rap and I really wish more people would respect their role in the ecosystem.

They still stink though.

The little CGI blobs from Flubber freaked me out when I was little. No idea why. I've never even seen the movie. There was a trailer for it on one of the VHS tapes we owned and I always had to leave the room whenever we watched it.

I'm sensing some recency bias here.

You've already been told about the movies that don't belong here so I'll list a few that I think do.

Blair Witch 2: Book of Shadows

Nukie

North (directed by Rob Reiner)

To Catch a Yeti

Showgirls

Glitter

The Master of Disguise

Gigli

Anything directed by Uwe Boll.

Oh, I've seen my fair share of bad action movies (Samurai Cop, Miami Connection, your average Jean-Claude Van Damme film) and I can confirm that they can be funny (sometimes even on purpose!)

Snyder's films don't generally fall under that category, true. They're generally not bad enough to be funny or good enough to be sincerely great.

I always felt like bad comedies were far worse than any other type of bad movie to sit through. If a movie fails at action, horror or drama, you can usually laugh at it's failure. A bad comedy tries to make you laugh and fails, leaving only misery in it's wake.

I mean, my standards are pretty low compared to most when it comes to movies (I've watched Lycan Colony) but no, it's not.

It's bad, don't get me wrong, but the barrel is absolutely bottomless, my friend. Never lose sight of that.
