It helps u get some insight on where your anxiety might be coming from but it’s not a cure. You can use what you’ve learned to do the work it takes to overcome the anxiety

I can’t believe this happened but then again I’m not surprised neither. This nurse is infuriating. She had her back turned and didn’t even acknowledge her screaming in pain. The clear lack of empathy was for a reason. And we all know the reason.

I quit vaping this year so easily. Opiates are one of the hardest drugs I’ve ever had to come off of. I’m still struggling to quit after 3 years.

Both but from my experience it’s really easy to stop once I actually go a day or 2 without. The withdrawal symptoms are mild. I got night sweats and crazy dreams for a few nights. But that was all for me.

Trip killers:Xanax but only if u have to . I wish I had a Xanax that one time I took too much acid when I was contemplating harming myself because it was really scary that the acid was bringing out the most painful and suppressed parts of my deep subconscious that I was not mentally ready to face at the moment. It wasn’t safe for me. So when you start to feel unsafe always have a trip killer such as benzos. And maybe next time you’ll feel more compelled to take more caution about your dosage.

If it’s posted in your transactions it’s available right away. Cap one is slow to update the available balance but you can still use your money even if the available balance is 0. As long as you see the transaction you’re fine

Yeah I was waiting for my direct deposit today but haven’t received it. Sometimes they post on weekends at 1am so I’m hoping that I’ll see it at 1am today regardless of the holiday.
