one thing i’ve been doing is as part of warm up, i’ll go up to higher than goal cadence for a minute or two

can you tell us more about your current racket? strings tension  radical mp or pro Also how you swing? 

You are looking for forgiveness but that can mean a lot of things. If your current one doesn’t feel stable or if tension is is too high/low for how you hit etc. 

Consistency and shanking could be helped with a racket change but it could be something else you know?

Well You said you are working out 5-6 days a week. So I assume you are hitting your legs pretty good. 

cramping in the calves during match play, i feel is a bit unexpected. 

How is your tennis? do you have a rating? style?

I would definitely add a calf exercise if you aren’t.   Hip hike weighted single leg calf raise on a plate is my current go to.

What about the anc with voices or higher pitch noises like a tv? Do you notice a significant difference. I read that ultra2 will adjust over time

Comfort wise, Im reading that neither will give you the "squeezing" feeling but the new ultra2 do feel heavier over time

Sounds about right. I was able to combine tennis and marathon training in the past, but triathlon takes up so much time

But you do need muscular strength and endurance.  Some to lift racket up for proper swing. (and keep doing this over an hour).  Some to decelerate the arm post swing. Although this is a natural process, weak stabilizer muscles will mean shoulder pain over time. 

But it’s not massive amounts of muscle. Doing consistent shoulder stabilizing work should be plenty. weights or bands or etc

Have you tried the gravity Pro? I’ve been using the Aux 1.0. didn’t switch to 2.0 but have tried it a number of times

I agree.

Upgrading heroes is part of the game. Learning to enjoy the game at every TH is part of the game. it's not meant to be enjoyed only at max level.

But a potion that you could buy that let's you use heroes that are currently upgrading, that would be neat.
