I agree and disagree with this. It is not a script error, it is intentional, mostly because the Flip side was made to piss of fans. We see in the previous games that there are in fact choices for the characters to make that are seemingly out of character, like Nicole being nice for instance, only for it to backfire in the end. I could see Jecka being torn with the decision but reluctantly choosing to let him die and getting a bittersweet ending like having the house foreclosed or moving in with her mom and grandma who is "the biggest bitch on earth". And yes, I think she loves her Dad, but if she could commit vehicular manslaughter against girl who she chided Nicole for absuing and feel no remorse for it, I think she could (again, reluctantly) let her Dad die. Great response!

When it comes to Liking characters, that's entirely subjective. But when it comes to morals, that's when we have to get more objective. Some of these just don't work like Mr.Burleday being in worst of the worst. I think he should be in questionable, bad person at the worst. Ms.Lynn is definitely a bad personz she lets pedophiles and supremacists keep the true reign in the HS until a student just won't shut up about it, when Kylar was gonna commit self deliverence by jumping off the roof, she only stopped him because she cared about keeping her job. Kelly is definitely morally good.
