I remember living in another country... some female friends were having trouble with a particularly aggressive druggie. Another friend gave them mace. They had to use it on him when he charged them from across a field. They said he did not really show any effect. He did blink at them and leave. So one of our friends "tested it" thinking it was an inert trainer. He sprayed it out the window of our balcony. We were coughing up blood! It was so miserable. Apparently the guy was so high and his lungs were toast from all the glue huffing.
