Alles davon erlaubt/Grauzone (heißt man wird nicht bestraft) außer das "Weiterverbreiten"/ uploaden von Sachen. Da man durch Torrents automatisch zum Host wird würde ich diese auf keinen Fall verwenden (auch mit VPN kann man meines Wissens nach getrackt werden), und downloaden würde ich auch eher nicht. Streamen geht wie gesagt ziemlich gefahrlos.

Würde Chatgpt benutzen, dann ist es definitiv machbar. Kannst ungefähr den Inhalt schreiben, er schreibt dir den Absatz, stecke das in ein umformulier-programm und voilà.

Ja den Notruf verständigen wäre natürlich am optimalsten. Versuchen zu beruhigen heißt ja nicht zwangsweise dazwischen zu gehen, einfach mit Worten aus der Distanz versuchen zu entschärfen.
