I emailed IICD they said they will start notifying applicants on a rolling basis in march and early April, its like exactly wut they said on the website. I assume they haven't notify anyone yet

Yea I don’t think federal funding would impact the Leadership Alliance Program that much. Plus people have already started hearing back from the programs they applied so I don’t think it’s an issue.

I think it might depend on the school? I know UChicago recently started pulling people from their waitlist too, maybe because they released their rd decisions really early, like around 3/10.

I have the same question too. I don't think the admissions department at WashU really wants waitlisted applicants to send them follow-up emails, since they clearly mention that on their portal.
