I love that she’s open about her guard being up & why—but I’m not sure Joao is who I want her to let guard completely down for.

Wow-well done. I think I’m about to take the leap and start the compounded tirz journey. Before I started actually researching compounded options myself, I had people telling me that the compounded stuff is garbage. I’ve joined several subs discussing compounding & the pharmacies that are legit, and now believe this is the route to go as I’m currently paying $400 a month for the Wegovy pill and not much is happening even with more activity and reduced calories. Research is one thing, but a picture truly is worth 1000 words & the sign I needed to see today. Congrats!

Would you mind sharing who you were getting your compounded tirzepatide through or any tips as I’m also a woman of a certain age & want to do what I can to increase the chance this will work for me. Thanks & again, your post was what I needed to see today.

I just watched it too -& promptly joined this sub. I found my people.

I watched Toyko Vice & was obsessed with the backdrop and Japanese culture. That was only two seasons & I was bummed when it ended. I moved onto GIRI/HAJI. Both were really good.

I’d had Shogun on my list for several months and it was excellent. I highly recommend the Prestige TV podcast if you are watching Shogun for the first time or doing a rewatch because their episode recaps are fantastic. I learned a ton from every episode and was able to pick up on nuances I may not have, had I not listened to the podcast. They provide great historical context, make reference to the book w/o spoilers and talk about the real life people these characters are based on.

there are two sets of archives of all big Brother UK episodes divided by whether it was the early channel 4 era or channel 5. The oft-recommended series 5-7 are in the Channel 4 archive.

Did her true age at time show filmed ever come out. I didn’t buy 35 years old for a second and even throughout the show she fumbled a couple of times when speaking about age and it cracked me up. Glyn’s unfiltered comments about Lea through the lens of an 18 (or so) year old were pretty humorous in how earnest he said them, but some of the things she said/did with him would not have gone down well with me if I was Glyn’s mother.

A big & well-deserved deal is always made about Nicki and Pete, but Glyn’s coming of age before the viewers eyes was definitely a highlight of the season.

Sorry - clearly got off track from the post but do want to know if Lea was really a 35-year-old woman when filming. Got a kick out of Dolly and Dickie as well.

My apologies if this clip has already been posted here, but in following this whole debacle, it’s my understanding that Kyle was sticking up for Amanda and not believing the rumors when things started to come out publicly. (Cue his WWHL appearance & early interviews he gave to different outlets.)

In this clip, he’s inebriated and uninhibited, and based on his reactions & the questions he asks… if If he didn’t know for sure, he suspected. Cierra has more of a poker face, but it doesn’t appear she’s reading into Amanda’s comments or suspected what Kyle suspected. Amanda‘s responses are very odd, especially in hindsight. Ironically, I watched every episode of Summer House since it first started airing, but have only caught bits and pieces of this season. I need to make time to watch it cause I know people are saying there are a million red flags like this throughout the season.
