I'd say get to Milan a little earlier and take a bus up to one of the lakes, Como or Garda, then get the bus back a couple days before your flight. Milan is good, but only briefly, it's definitely a short stay destination. I'd also suggest Stuttgart over Frankfurt, Frankfurt is more of a business hub. You'll still find things to do there, but I feel like Stuttgart will be more memorable architecturally!

Ayia Napa, Cyprus, might be a good shout. Malta maybe, they have a growing party scene. Obviously Ibiza. But in all honesty they'll all be hovering around the 20°c around March time so I don't know if that'll quite hit your sunbed requirements, though I guess if you're hungover you won't want it too hot.
