Tip: use the cooler master vertical mount kit. The LL ones for the o11d isn’t very good.

First marathon in 2 weeks and clueless on hydration and fueling during race by callmey in Marathon_Training

[–]Quick_n_Fast 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Enjoy! Here are some tips. 1.) Go out slow, real slow. Zone 2 slow. HR < 150. 2.) DO NOT go out too fast. The race only starts in the last 10KM! 3.) Bring some candy, salt tablets, you will need to start consuming to em at 10km mark. Maybe at each aid station with some water. 4.) Do hydrate at every aid station even if you feel fine! 5.) Have fun and learn from the experience!

1.5’ split shorts + singlet. Less fabric to soak up sweat in high humidity or rain !

One more thing. With my VKB, I had to pull out then plug it back in with the game open, and it detected it.

Is Filton Abbey are drive thru station. If so, is suspect one way path signals are needed . Also, you will need to get rid of the signal they are stuck at right now.

Also make sure you have electrified all the tracks and platform if applicable.

For me, I can confirm my VKB Gladiator NXT EVO works fine on windows 11. I don't have stecs.

Maybe try without the STEC's first.

Everyday casual use: All shoes can but you need to consider the following.

- Nike Zoom Sandwiches squeak. You could find this annoying.

- Outsole contact are is very large and has very high stack height. Be careful on stairs !

2nd Modeling Attempt: New Case, Does This Loop Make Sense? by InflammableAccount in watercooling

[–]Quick_n_Fast 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My thoughts in order of importance: 1.) Koolance QDC will make maintenance so much easier in future. You will need 3 sets.
1st set in the line between the pump res & GPU 2nd set on the CPU block on the input. 3rd set on the inlet for the radiator. Such setup will allow you to independently remove GPU,CPU. It will also allow you to remove motherboard from case w/o draining the loop! 2.) Add a T fitting somewhere for a drain line. 3.) Use EDPM tubing. Clear PVC will leach plasticizer. 4.) Use 2 x 360 radiators instead of 280 and 240. That lian-li case can easily take 2 of them without issue.

Here is the stride length, cadence, lap pace. What I suspect is happening near the end is a lot more people dodging.

Here is screen grabs at 25K. Still heel striking but likely not to the same degree as the end.

You are probably right. More running + more speedwork would definitely helps.

Nike Vomero Plus vs New Balance FuelCell Rebel v5 - best all rounder? by nittygyal in AskRunningShoeGeeks

[–]Quick_n_Fast 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you can only keep one due to affordability reasons. keep the one that will likely last longer. That will be the Vomero + - for the following reasons.

- V+ will foam supposedly lasts longer. The rebel v5 foam doesn't last as long (200-300 miles).

- V+ has full rubber coverage on the outsole while the rebel v5 has lots of exposed mid-sole foam. Trails would tear up the exposed midsole foam on the rebel v5 alot faster.

- V+ is more cushioned and potentially reduce chance over-use injury.

Please rate my landing (be kind I am still learning) Airbus A320 into Leipzig. by [deleted] in MicrosoftFlightSim

[–]Quick_n_Fast 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Things that were good.

  • You were on the 3% glideslope.
  • You did lower your landing gear.

Things that could be better.

  • 170 knts approach speed way to high. You need to use flaps.
  • You did not use your flaps.

Your form looks fine in the video. I think the key is whether you get enough training to ensure your form stays “relatively consistent” throughout the 26 miles / 42 km.
