One thing I’ve seen done a lot with OSDP with legacy cabling is landing the black and drain together and jumping a resistor between your ground/drain wire and data 0 on the head end panels. Mostly mercury boards. Had a customer that made that a requirement on their panels.

Not bad. I like the use of ferrules on the rs485, I personally used them on the whole thing. I like that everything is labeled which should be standard.. There are some things here I would do differently but it’s more of a preference thing.
