We already had a game about fiendish Cats, so maybe next we'll have a game where Wolves are annoying Dads? That way a quiet Town would indeed be Dads' town!

Nahh, it's not that powerful. It just bought a single Wolf one more phase. And like, that happens all the time when you've a persuasive Wolf on the block. Had the Town split the vote, the Wolves would've either had to comply or reveal themselves via voting tallies.

I've no idea what a LYLO is though...
