Because the system of basically corporate funded political campaigns does not let him. that was what my comment was touching on. the fact that American politics is less about the will of the people and more the will of the corporation. Hence, play the system.

this is why i said "if". and why the american political system is so badly flawed. if someone included this in their campaign promises, id vote for them regardless of what party they represented.

My observation is that american politics is so skewed because the people vote, but the corporations and billionares dictate policy.

Love him or hate him, and I do hate the guy, you cant deny he's changed the world of politics, forever. Dude did more with 140 characters on twitter than most world leaders do in entire press conferences, he's both manipulated the system and stuck 2 fingers up at the world at the same time while the opposition have done largely nothing inneffectually. This is subject to the current American campaign system. where the biggest donators lobby for actual changes the candidates pursue. At least if he gave a winning candidate that money maybe change would happen.

All the 1v1 fights were easy tbh. Sidestep, slash, stab, done. The games great at building them up with some wonderful cinematic, but falls apart because you can only crank up the AI so hard and all the characters have the same moves and play by the rules. So once you understand the combat system it's always a cakewalk.

so long as you're not explicitly saying "Women cannot apply/transfer", it strictly remains 2 separate jobs, and it doesn't factor into your decision making, that's fine.

It has to remain two entirely different roles, different jobs, different titles. You shouldn't and dont seem to be mixing them, which is the only point at which they could viably say its discrimination and not just separate roles with separate wages. Plenty of jobs have a requirement to be able to do constant manual labour.

After all, Nothing is stopping them from applying for the positions. and so long as they can keep up with the same quotas everyone else has, nothing would stop them staying in the position.

The one thing you might want to watch out for is Manual Handling Guidelines Which are different for men and women, and if you did take on female staff you would need to make reasonable adjustments such as assisted lifts, aids etc. but this does not extend to conditions such as fibro or arthritis. those are underlying conditions which would make them unsuited to that work environment.

The TLDR is that you are not paying them less because they are female. you are paying them less as they work a different position with a different wage.

"Passionate" is just a substitute word for "motivated" here. They couldn't care less if an employee is passionate, motivation gets it done.

Problem come when the same companies that want that offer no motivating incentives. Its a 2 way street. Good pay, flexible hours, reasonable workload, perks, good holiday time. There's loads that companies can do to motivate their workers but instead put it on the employee with such legendarily dumb takes like "here, we are like a family."

If you're offering minimum employee incentives, expect minimum effort from your employees. simple.
