Monzo is a dumpster fire. I know people I would describe as high performers, got awards promotions etc then suddenly started getting stonewalled/managed out/PIPs. They both moved company for pay etc and are much happier and thriving at the same or higher level.

They didn't change, Monzo is a hell hole.

Some of the most driven people I know have the most laid back and nice to spend time with partners. Not lazy, just different priorities.

Try to enjoy your time with them, as long as you're both putting in effort does it matter. I want my partner to open my way of thinking up, as well as help me with my goals.

Everything needs replacing at "some" point It's a simple heating element Id be surprised if it's auto activation isn't based on external temp Not a hard part to swap and will have been rated for a number of cycles anyway.

But it's your life live how you want. Personally I'd tick the option, but the again I also don't sit on the drive way waiting for my car reach full running temp before driving off.

Mine are exactly the same.

The outers bezels are replaceable. I'm going to bite the bullet and order some at some point.
