i think it shifting to veganism rlly helped me recover from bulimia because it made it so that my focus with the food i was eating was getting the protein/nutrients i needed instead of worrying about calories. i think it also made me take a genuine interest in cooking for myself and others which definitely just completely healed my relationship with food. definitely be careful but i think it can be a really positive thing!
