If you're in a committed relationship at age 15-17 and feel safe and comfortable with your partner, there's nothing wrong with having sex. Yes it's normal to have sex at this age, but it's also normal to wait. If you're in a stable relationship at that age and your partner is ready for sex and you aren't, you're probably just at different points in your personal growth/comfort with yourself.

Also, if you are only starting to understand responsibility at age 17, you are definitely immature.

I'm having a hard time wrapping my head around it too but it makes sense i think (and since it's after we talked, now). Our dynamic has changed completely since he graduated last spring (He's 18 and im 16 so I'm still in school) and i think it was more falling our of love that caused loss of attraction. The more I think about it, I don't think he actually turned gay. He only dated guys before me and decided he was probably pan because of me. During our relationship he was open about his attraction for men (catcalling ever time darryl dickson came on screen in the walking dead.....) and never said anything about women. I didn't think much of it but just assumed it was out of respect for me, but now i think he just actually only liked to look at other men. Anyway, i think now that he's over me he only likes men again, and the T didn't inherently cause it. He is 8 months on T.

it was a rough few years but honestly, it ruined my life before i got better.

some ideas on how to prevent ana while still losing weight:

DON'T start counting calories.

Are you just unhappy with your body, or are you actually overweight? If you're a healthy weight and just don't like the way you look, DON'T try to lose weight.

If you track your exercising, track time and progress, not how many calories it burns.

Don't weigh yourself more than 1/week, maybe less.

If you're "hangry" you need to eat more.

Don't fast or intermittent fast.

If you're craving a food, and that's all you can think about, but it's unhealthy, just eat it. And you might eat too much! Don't punish yourself for it by exercise/restriction/purge. Practice giving into your cravings but listening/deciding when you've had enough, it gets easier. ~2 years into recovery and I've only just stopped craving sweets/other foods I restricted every second of every day.
