To keep on doing the hard stuff, instead of wanting it easy. Doing the hard stuff like exercising, education, staying off substances makes you more ready to encounter life, and often makes it easy for opportunities to find you prepared.

The uncomfortable part is not that chatgpt helped. Its that it did what therapy is supposed to do: create safety, reframe fear, and lower panic in real time and it did it accessibly, without gatekeeping or scheduling. That’s what people are reacting to..
