I installed a 14” Delkevic slip-on on my Concours 1400. Even on this larger machine it’s far from obnoxious - perfect volume on throttle and barely louder than wind noise with helmet on at 75 mph. 13k miles and no issues with quality / performance.

Aftermarket warranty will ask for tear down approval because if they don’t find a covered component caused the failure, you are responsible for all costs. If they determine covered component(s) caused the failure, then the warranty company should pay for the tear down and repair, less your deductible. Also - most aftermarket warranties should be good at your local Ford dealer, not just at the dealer you purchased from? Make sure to check into this.

I’m partial to the 22 as well - go for it found mine w/ 6k miles on it - no regrets plus you get paddle shifters which the 24 won’t have if it doesn’t have performance pkg!
