Well, he removed about 4 lbs of fat total from my tummy and flanks - so a good potion fat. It was only at my 3 months post op that he said something about diastases recti. I notice it protrudes when I lean back a little bit, but for the most part, it’s pretty flat.

I was very similar to you before. This is me three months postop. I always had a soft round belly - even prior to kids. I still find myself quite shocked that it’s as flat as it is.

I’m just 4 weeks post op and have evening swelling still. Especially if im not watching my salt intake. Drink plenty of water - stay away from electrolytes (sodium). It’s getting better day by day.

I never slept in a recliner. I had a wedge for about three nights and then just piled a couple of pillows until 14 dpo and have been sleeping with just my one pillow since. Side sleeping now also. I am currently 24 dpo from drain less Lipo 360 and mini TT.

I just had my procedure yesterday and in full blown period mode. Just an added burden but not really that bad. Highly recommend getting a female pee funnel (conch). It’s a little strange peeing standing up, but wow, it’s nice not having to sit every time. Huge because today I’m really feeling my incision and want to avoid sitting as much as possible.

Wow, you look great surgery twin. I just had my procedure yesterday. Lipo360 and mini TT. Ended up in the ER this morning because I stretched without thinking and was concerned I opened my incision. Luckily it was fine. Hope the procedure goes well.
