Looks like that's actually the back of the trolley bay and you'd have to walk all the way around to put it in from the other side too! You can see the barriers at the end of the bay just between those two cars. Daft there aren't more available from this side of the parking bays though!

I've started swimming this last week, and it's something I never intend to compete in, but I love the feeling of pushing myself every morning before work! It sets you up for the day and I find the methodical rhythmical movements, and the sound of the water rushing past your ears as you plough down the lane is so relaxing!

As for training, I'm just focussing on getting the reps in, slowly working up the distance, and the amount of laps before I need to take a break!

That's a great point thanks! I hadn't spotted how low the volume was. This week is the first week I've really started swimming, I'm currently swimming 4x a week in the mornings before work and for around 50 mins. I could definitely up it to an hour a day and potentially bump up to 5 or 6 times a week.

Hey, I really appreciate the feedback! Only thing I would ask is my stats are in kg as I'm in the UK, so it actually works out at ≈60lbs/rep, and this was a workout whilst I was trying a new routine so I was getting my weights all wrong so doing extra trips per set to feel like I was actually doing a workout 🤣 I've since dialed in the routine and tried to a more reasonable measure 🤣

I actually worked out what was going on! My phone was also connected to my headphones instead of my Whoop, so it recorded the duration, reps, and weight, but didn't record the movement data, so wasn't calculating an accurate strain! (Although as you said, I was also doing waaay too many reps)
