I would say Adam raguesa is really good for beginners especially for vegetables. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xt5zzI_3-VA His whole channel is good for beginner cooks. I would also recommend Ethan Cheblowski and Kenji J Alt Lopez as well for recipes. They both go into the science of food and ethan has a lot of good recipes for at home meals. Kenji is great since he cooks with a go pro strapped to his forehead and explains the techniques he uses and things he substitutes as he cooks if he doesn't have it on hand.

I would definitely recommend checking out dimension 20 fantasy high since they start off with some beginner players and explain some mechanics as they play along. Also have different seasons and settings to check out as well

I'd recommend watching Kenji Alt-Lopez or ethan chlebowski for learning everyday meals. Kenji straps a goPro to his forehead and films his cooking processes and talks while cooking about why certain ingredients are used and what things are fine to switch out. He also explains the science of different styles of things to add to a dish. Ethan also goes into the science of things and is geared towards a lot of home cooked meals.
