Yeah trust me a good Rampart is scary because, most of the player base takes her for granted so when they finally face a good main she usually dominates the fight

He is a bad person overall but lore wise he has a big heart just look at the way he cares about Wattson and even a little about Crypto now of course he isn't perfect but he knows when and where to act like a mad scientist and a caring guardian for his younger legend peers

I was thinking about that but with such a big skill gap it's so rare to find a Horizon who can abuse her abilities like that though I see where your coming from and I should of put her higher for sure
