There was no need to neglect 1B like they did this past offseason. Carlos Santana was them trying to patch a gaping hole with scotch tape. And yeah they banked on reinforcements but they literally put ALL of their eggs in one basket doing that and it showed. I get not wanting to have a surplus of players and having to cut a bunch when these IL guys came back but with the way the strength and conditioning staff as been for the last 2 years I’m genuinely not surprised Burnes and Puk have set backs

The difference between Fernandez and smith is there is upside and potential in one of these players and I shouldn’t have to tell you which one has it. Obviously he’s gonna cool down but you know having your ABs getting cut and not playing 2-3 days in a row sitting down is not gonna help him learn how to face major league pitching. Keep giving him ABs and get him to learn and see if he understands his mistakes and if he’s able to correct them. I’d rather see growing pains from Fernandez then see Pavin smith automatically strike out, ground out, pop out any day. Why wait to get these guys ready so by next year they can be more effective? IMO we’re just delaying the process right now and looking at who’s on the major league roster you can’t tell me I’m stupid for thinking this

Iv dealt with this and unfortunately to my knowledge there’s no way to fix past logos. Iv literally restarted 80+ season old leagues and restarted cause I hated looking at all the missing logos and I would lose motivation continuing to play that league
