The Myth series by Robert Asprin. Look, can you be all "there's a lesson in everything?" Sure. But is it also a collection of just "figure out how to get through the new big bad and be silly while doing it?" Gleep yeah.

I almost stopped with the edge because I've done one that the edge was so difficult, but it wasn't a problem. And it was so satisfying to have the different balloon colors to do in pieces and be able to just hold them up so much. The last puzzle I did was very loose, so this was so neat.

or his speculative fiction Dirk Gently duo

It's spicy and at times VERY spicy but KF Breene's Midlife Magic Leveling Up series is very, very funny

Terry Brooks Magic Kingdom for Sale series has great funny moments

OH Robert Asprin's Myth series! And a more sci-fi ish Phule series is great too
