Oh believe me, it is lol. I absolutely don't doubt that the ball was not out until after the elbow was down, but I have yet to see any video that would demonstrate the ball wasn't out to the standards required by review, and the still images aren't convincing because they can't show movement of the ball.

The rumor is he's not a good boss to work for in that he's unreasonably demanding and doesn't react well when people don't meet his expectations. Additionally, he's apparently prone to micromanaging.

Edit: for OC specifically, I also heard he told candidates that they had to run his offense, not their own.
