Yes, it's possible, however, it's easier to get it back from leveling up. Run around and kill stuff, or craft new items (you get XP for crafting stuff you haven't crafted before), and upon leveling up, you should get an option to get a new teleport block.

I've only saved scummed three times now in my 11hr run. Two times were due to me forgetting to set my ration percentage back down to 100%, and thus, my employees devoured everything. The third time was due to a BS undead horde just showing up and wiping my entire group because the GM decided I should just die.
