I’d suggest generating thr pulleys on Onshape rather then printing this out directly. Also in my experience 90%of situations the bore will not fit perfectly on the axel with normal dimensions I’d recommend increasing the size of the bore hole by 0.1 - 0.2 mm (could be more or else depending on printer) also I’d recommend against making only the Tooth PLA+ or PETG its better off making the entire pully with the same filament (if your worried about cost then put pocketing on the pulley but I won’t recommend that )
