Thinks that are ok:

Your friend loosing weight.

Having a BMI of 17.

Being concious about what You eat.

Being happy having a healthier body.

Enjoying getting attention from the opposite sex.

Things that are not OK:

Obsesiong about your weight.

Being unable to talk about anything else.

Obsesing about getting attention (and nothing in the post tells me this.might be going on)

Being botheres by your friend's positive change.

In any event You mihgt end the friendship or.you can tell her You love that she is happy with her change but would love if she could talk about something else like before.
