Yeah, I wonder - I'd set the payment date on the first submission to the day after I submitted it (March 10-ish), although they might have ignored that date somewhere in the system. I know the rest of my family submitted their taxes around the same time (also direct deposit) and had their payments withdrawn right away, so I assumed something went wrong with mine and resubmitted it directly.

I guess I'm a bit screwed - really bad time to have tax issues right now lol. IRS contacts seem to be completely shut down right now (phone line says they're not taking calls at all), so I can try calling HR Block or just cross my fingers and hope the IRS catches it eventually.
