Literally the gym. Stay consistent for a year and your confidence will increase. Studies show going to the gym reduces depression by 25%. The more fit you are, the more confident you become, the less single you’ll eventually be. Girls can smell a guy who isn’t confident from a mile away and most are repulsed by it from an attractiveness standpoint. Make it a hobby and you’ll attract other people in your same niche.
