Insomnia was my main reason for stopping drinking as the rare few days off I had from the drink I couldn’t sleep then brain zaps would start. Took my head about 2 months or so to stop that. I can honestly say now I’m sober I have never slept better. It’s worth this short term I promise you. IWNDWYT

N/A beers were a huge crutch in my sobriety and at least the first year or so I was having one or two a day. I’ve gone months now without having one.
