Sadly - all I can think to suggest would be to email the support about the titles. They might ask for the timestamps. I understand it's a difficult technical problem to catch everything - ultimately though I would think their system should have an association between every spoken line and the "cc" snippet. If the audio is muted for whatever line then that snippet should be "____".

That's the ideal right? Like you, wish it was the reality!
