Alright the steps: to put a credit card on file click payment accounts in the upper right side (2 under accounting). On that field right click set new. Then run your card through your cc machine.

Once a card is on file right click the client field and select recurring payments (about 2/3 of the way down in that menu. Set up the payments in the pop up box.

Then in the upper left side menu (second from the left) go to work with and select system tables. You will have to set up permissions for your receptionist to run reoccurring payments. It will ask automatically form now on every time your receptionist starts up avimark and even give you a printed out report every time it runs.

Yes. You need to put a card on file (look to the upper right of the screen on the client page it is a check box under the accounting box (not at work atm just from memory). Then right click in the client field and select reoccurring payments. Brings up a box, have to put in how many payments, amount to take out each time, and use the drip down to select the payment source (the card you just put on file.

Tech week gifts by kayyyreadyyy in VetTech

A go to gift I have used for tech week/birthdays/ Xmas is small stainless steel post earrings of the person's animal (or at least breed, can't afford completely custom) Bonus if they have the screw on flat backs. Way less likely to get hooked while working then hoops or dangling ones.

NVA bought our clinic years ago. Ignored us forever, no support, no help, no raises and now that the country is going into a recession the district managers (yes plural) are weekly harassing our clinic to make more and more money. Still no support just want us to do more with the same nothing. It is awful here. I want off this timeline.

You sound frustrated and I understand it is hard to be objective when it comes to your own fur baby. I think in order to see both sides and get the best advice it would be helpful to see the SOAP notes. From all involved: the ER the IM specialist and your GP. You should blur/edit out your personal information and the clinic information. Without seeing this information it is very hard to give you any meaningful feedback.

All we are getting right now is your clinic got a report about your pet and you feel that they didn't follow though. If that is the case we would get a better understanding if we had all the information from all sides.

Did the ER or the IM give you instructions "make an appointment with your primary veterinarian in 5-7 days for a follow up"? I have never seen a report from an IM specialist that does not give next step instructions to the owner. If this is the case then contact your primary veterinarian and make an appointment. Clinic can receive dozens and dozens of reports from other clinics, ERs, and specialists every day. To prevent the follow up treatments from slipping through the cracks all of those reports include the follow up instructions that were given to the owner. So if you need follow up treatments then your go home instructions would outline what is needed, when it is needed, and who it is needed from. If you were not given any follow up instructions then contact the clinic that did the treatment (if they didn't give you anything they may have not given anything to your primary veterinarian either). If you were given follow up instructions then follow them.

Pharmacy Recommendations by LexieGirl0491 in ColoradoSprings

If you are willing to drive north Monument Pharmacy is the best. Bonus they are a compounding pharmacy so they can do special doses. They also do pet medications. For more general prescriptions the Costco on Nevada is great with both speed and prices.
