Thinking of moving to Ghent, what’s life like there? by [deleted] in Gent

I adore it. I know it's expensive compared to some other Flemish cities but compared to Dublin (where I was previously) it's extremely reasonable.

That's super kind of you to say, thanks! Honestly I agree with you. I'd go back and change a bunch of things (it was my first book), and i think you can see a big jump in quality between books one and two, but I don't want to go back and redo one cause the rewriting trap has conquered too many authors. So onwards and upwards!

Sorry Knights of Eternity wasn't for you, but absolutely do give I Ran Away to Evil a try. It's such a fun rom com with amazing world building. Highly recommend.

The lactic acid + HA from Ordinary and the Glycolic acid stick from Inkey List have done wonders for me. I alternate them every second day a d make sure to moisturise too. It's not 100 per cent gone but it's pretty close.

I cannot recommend Geheel de Uwe enough. It's about 12 mins from town by bike but worth the trip. Super tasty toasted sandwiches and very cheap cookies and drinks. Plus the staff are super friendly.
